     Crawfish Maque Choux

1/2 qt corn
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 onion
1/2 stick butter
seasoning
1 lb crawfish tails
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except crawfish. Cook until corn is well done. Add crawfish. Simmer for half an hour.
