Cook pasta. In a large skillet melt butter over med high heat. Add whipping cream and milk. Sprinkle in parmesan cheese. Whisk. Simmer. Stir occasionally. Add chicken, garlic, broth, thyme, and oregano. Stir. Taste and season. Simmer 3-4 min. Spray a casserole dish or a 9x9 deep pan. Place your pasta and top with sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Turn oven to broil. Bake 5 min.
