Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on med high heat. Add chops and onions; cook 10 min. Turn chops and stir onions after 5 min. Remove chops and set aside. Cook onions 5 min; stir in sauce. Return chops to skillet. Spoon onions over chops. Top with cheese; cover. Cook 5 min.
