     Sweet & Sour Sausages

Ingredients
500g sausages
1/4 C brown sugar
1 T cornflour
1/4C white vinegar or cider vinegar
2 tsp soya sauce
225g can pineapple pieces
 
Instructions
Cut up the sausages into pieces if you would prefer bite-sized meat chunks or leave whole.
Place all ingredients in casserole dish (may need to mix sauce ingredients together in jug first to avoid lumps).
Place in 180C oven until sausages are cooked and sauce is thick.
