     Devilled Sausages

Ingredients
10-12 sausages
1 large onion, chopped
2 thinly sliced apples
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp instant beef stock or 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 C brown sugar
2 T dark soya sauce
1/2 C tomato sauce
 
1 C water

Instructions
Cut up the sausages into pieces if you would prefer bite-sized meat chunks or leave whole.
Place all ingredients in casserole dish (may need to mix sauce ingredients together in jug first to avoid lumps).
Place in 180C oven until sausages are cooked. If sauce isn't desired thickness, add a little cornflour to thicken.
