Make sauce by combining ingredients in a small saucepan over med heat until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 min. Remove from heat. Heat oil in fryer. Whisk together ingredients for the batter except the flour. After all combined add flour. Make the breading by combining all ingredients in another bowl. Dip each piece of chicken into the batter. Let the excess drip off. Toss the chicken into the dry breading. Cover completely. Fry for 4 min. Remove from oil and drain. When all are fried drop into a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the top and toss until coated.
