In a small bowl mix the paprika, salt, garlic powder, pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and thyme. Stir in the oil and allow to sit for 15 min. Preheat the oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with foil. Rub the roast with the spice mixture. Place roast on the baking sheet. Cook 1 hour.
