Boil 10 medium sized potatoes. While potatoes are
still warm add grated cheese, Parmesan cheese,
garlic salt pepper, salt, onion powder. Mix and
let cool down for approx. 1/2 and hour.
Spoon into dough pockets. Pinch edges around
filling together. Form a tight seal. Boil and
serve.
May be fried with sour cream, onions and bacon.
An onion may be boiled with potatoes prior to
mashing
