     Perogy Filling (Cheese and Potato)

Ingredients
10 medium sized potatoes
2 cups grated old cheese
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
garlic salt
pepper
salt
onion powder
 

Instructions
Boil 10 medium sized potatoes. While potatoes are still warm add grated cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt pepper, salt, onion powder. Mix and let cool down for approx. 1/2 and hour. Spoon into dough pockets. Pinch edges around filling together. Form a tight seal. Boil and serve. May be fried with sour cream, onions and bacon. An onion may be boiled with potatoes prior to mashing
