Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease baking
sheet. On medium heat add oil, scallions, peppers,
jalapenos until soft, add ginger and garlic then
set aside. In a large bowl combine pepper mixture
with crab meat, zest, lime juice, cilantro, egg,
1/2 c panleo, mayo and salt. In remaining panleo,
rolled cakes gently then place on baking sheet.
Lightly coat cakes with oil. Bake for 10 mins.
Check then for 10 min more and add mayo ontop.
