PIE-Mix egg yolks and canned milk with hand mixer or electric mixer. Pour into graham cracker crust.

We have served it at all holiday functions. It is also great after a steak or heavy meal as the lightness of a dessert is welcomed

CRUST- Combine crumbs and sugar in bowl. Stir in melted butter until thoroughly blended. Pack mixture firmly in a 9-inch pie plate.

|
Pour mixture in the completed crust and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Chill for several hours before serving. Top with whipping cream or non-dairy whipped topping, thawed.
