     Philly Sloppy Joe

Ingredients
1 Tbsp oil
1 lb ground beef
1 med onion
1 med green bell pepper
1/4 cup steak sauce
1 cup beef broth
seasoning
4 hamburger buns
1 Tbsp butter
 
1 Tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 cup provalone cheese shredded

Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over med high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add the bell pepper and onion and cook for 3-4 min. Drain. stir in the steak sauce and broth, season. Bring to a boil. Cook until thick. While the meat is cooking butter the hamburger buns. Heat a large skillet to med heat. Brown the buns. Melt butter in a med skillet over med high heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 min. Whisk in milk and cook until the mixture is thick. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted. Pile meat mixture onto bottom half of bun top with provolone cheese sauce.
