Breading- 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp basil
Instructions
Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl; cover and set aside. Combine egg with milk in a shallow bowl; set aside. Combine flour, panko, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and basil in another bowl; set aside. Bread the shrimp by first coating each with the breading mixture. Dip breaded shrimp into the egg and milk mixture and then back into the breading. Arrange the coated shrimp on a plate and into the fridge for 20 min. Preheat oven to 350. Heat about 1/4-1/2 cup oil in a skillet and fry shrimp on each side until coating is golden brown. Place on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 20 min.
