Preheat oven to 475. Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil. Place egg in a wide shallow bowl. Season fish with salt and pepper. In another bowl combine panko, seasoning and oil. Dip fish into egg. Then into panko mixture pressing to adhere. Place on baking sheets. Bake 15 min. Rotate sheets halfway through.
