     Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cakes

Ingredients
1 package yellow cake mix
1 egg
8 Tbsp butter, melted
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
1 15oz can pumpkin
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
8 Tbsp butter
1 box powdered sugar
 
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Instructions
Mix cake ingredients - cake, 1 egg and 8 Tbsp melted butter - together and pat the mixture into bottom of a lightly greased casserole dish. For filling - In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and the remaining melted butter and beat until smooth. Add powdered sugar, cinnamon and nutmet and mix well.
Spread pumpkin mix over bake batter and bake 45-55 minutes. Don't overbake as center should be gooey. Serve with whipped cream.
