     Cinnamon and White chocolate cupcakes

4eggs 2cups sugar 1cup oil 4 cups self raising flour 1tsp vanilla 1cup buttermilk (milk -1tbs vinegar) 200g chopped white chocolate 2tsp ground cinnamon
Beat well eggs and sugar till light and fluffy - beat in oil - add vanilla, cinnamon and buttermilk and beat for 1 minute. Beat in sifted flour and mix in chopped white chocolate. Beat for 2 mins. Bake for 18-20mins Nutella frosting Ingredients Makes- 4 tablespoons 1 1/2 tablespoons Nutella® 1 tablespoon icing sugar water as needed to bind 1 tablespoon Bournville® cocoa powder Add the icing sugar and Nutella to a medium sized bowl and stir with a spoon. Add some water to stop the Nutella sticking. Add the Bournville bit by bit, tasting every time until you get the right sweetness. Ice the cakes or whatever you're making and leave to set.
