1/4 teas thyme, l egg, 1 cup broth (cut turkey broth
with some water) 3 cups bread cubes
Saute celery and onions in butter until softened. Mix with spices, eggs and broth until well blended. Add bread, stir. Cook in crockpot on high for 45 mins, reduce heat to low for 6 hours. My pot has one setting. Cook for several hours. At 6 hours, the sides were almost browned too much.
The one half recipe makes the 1 1/2 qt crockpot full. It is too much for Kenneth and I.
