1 dried red pepper or a 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 head of dill or 1 teaspoon dill weed
BRINE
2 cups water
1/4 cup canning salt
2 cups vinegar
Instructions
Make brine, bringing it to a boil. Add the above
spices to each jar. Either keep beans long or break
in little pieces, fill jars with beans, pour hot
brine over and seal at once.
