     Vanishing Cinnamon Nutmeg Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
3 Cups Oats
1 1/2 Cups All purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg, better if freshly grated
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup real butter unsalted, room temperature
 
1 teaspoon Vanilla or a little more
2 large to jumbo eggs, room temperature

Instructions
Preheat oven 350 degrees get cookie sheets ready Directions- Cream Butter and sugars, add vanilla, mix Add one egg at a time and blend until fully mixed.
In a separate bowl, combine, oats, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg baking soda and salt. Stir to combine well. Well sugar mixture is ready stir in flour mixture.
Place small to medium balls or scoops of dough on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8 to 9 minutes. Cookies will still be soft when removed.
