     Stuffed Portebello Mushroom

Ingredients
1 Large Portobello Mushroom
4 Raw Asparagus Spears
1 Tbl Hot Sauce
1 Tbl Baslamic Vinegar
Fresh Tuna Salad
 

Instructions
Stuff mushroom half way with asparagus then top with hot sauce and vinegar. Fill remainging mushroom with Tuna Salad. Top with Cheese (Optional)
Bake 30 minutes at 350.
