Prepare Rice-a-Roni as directed on box.
|
|
|
Stir-fry water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and peas. Other vegetables can be added or substituted along with meat if preferred.
|
|
|
When vegetable combination is heated, add Stir-fry sauce to taste and continue to stir-fry until sauce is well incorporated.
|
|
|
Plate Rice-a-Roni and serve vegetables over the top!
