Mix all ingredients together in mixer - if not, in a large bowl
with wooden spoon. If mixer - use dough hook and kneed for
6-8 minutes. If no mixer, turn dough out onto floured surface
and with floured hands kneed for 6-8 minutes.
Place in oiled large bowl and cover with plastics wrap - let
rise...about 2 hours. When double in size, punch down and
place in bread pan and let rise again. When it has risen, bake
in 350 oven and bake for about 20 minutes until brown on top
and a hollow sound with you knock on it.
