In separate bowl mix flour and salt. Beat eggs in seperate bowl, Mix sugar in 1/4 C warm water until sugar dissolves. Add annisette and whiskey to sugar. Add eggs to sugar mixture. Add yeast to egg/sugar mixture. Add everthing to flour and salt.
Mix and cover with towel until it rises. Drop by spoons into hot oil. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with powder sugar.
