     Apricot Loaf

Ingredients
425g tin apricots (including juice, chopped)
1 C sultanas
1/2 C coconut
1/2 C raw sugar
1 C allbran, muesli or quick cooked rolled oats (oats best)
2 C self-raising flour
Milk if too dry (usually needs some. Moist enough to mix but not too wet)
 

Instructions
Place in greased loaf tin and bake in moderate oven 45-50 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
