Ingredients
1 C flour
1/2 C sugar
2 heaped T cornflour
1 heaped tsp baking powder
3 oz butter
2 eggs
Milk
4 T sugar
 

Instructions
Rub butter into dry ingredients. Add egg yolks and milk to stiff dough. Cook crust 300-350F.
Spread with apricots and meringue (use leftover egg whites)and put back in oven for a few minutes. Turn oven off.
