     Microwave Fruit Crumble

Ingredients
4 C apples, peaches, rhubarb
1/2 C rolled oats
1/2 C white or brown sugar
1/2 C flour
1 tsp mixed spice
50g cold butter
Ground cloves
 

Instructions
Put fruit in 23cm microwave pie plate or shallow dish.
Combine the remaining ingredients except the ground cloves. Cut butter in until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit, then sprinkle with the cloves.
Microwave on Full for 8-12 minutes (or until fruit is tender). Leave for 15-20 minutes and serve warm.
