Crush biscuits finely (save a little to sprinkle on top). Melt butter and combine. Press into flat dish or tin and chill.
Cream icing sugar and butter. Beat eggs separately, then pour gradually into icing sugar and butter mixture while continuing to beat. Beat well until mixture is light and fluffy. Place carefully over crumb mixture. Chill
Whip cream and vanilla then add drained pineapple. Spread over the other mixture and sprinkle with biscuit crumble.
