     DEEP DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients
2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
 
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Instructions
Frost with One-Bowl Buttercream Frosting in Frosting section Heat oven to 350 degrees. Pam spray two 9-inch round baking pans. In large bowl, stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed of electric mixer 2 minutes. Stir in water. (Batter will be thin.) Pour batter evenly into prepared pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. Prepare One-Bowl Buttercream Frosting; spread between layers and over top and sides of cake. (Can substitute a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.)
