     Ceasar Salad

Ingredients
1 egg
garlic
2 large bunches of romaine
6 anchovies
1/2 C olive oil
1/4 C balsamic vinegar
dash of worchestershire
3/4 C grated cheese
 
Instructions
Pour water in pan to 2' and bring to boil ...Turn heat off...Place egg in pan and let stand 1 minute and remove
Rub inside of bowl with a garlic clove, Tear up lettuce
In Blender mix 3 garlic cloves, anchovies, olive oil, vinegar, worchestershire and the egg yolk. Add dressing to lettuce and toss with grated cheese
