     Aunt Christys eggnog

Ingredients
12 eggs separated
1 1/2 C sugar
1 quart + 1 pint of heavy cream
1 juice glass of bourbon
1 1/2 shot of rum
 

Instructions
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Beat in sugar. When mixture is thick add heavy cream and continue beating. Add bourbon.
Beat egg whites until stiff . Pour eggnog into bowl and fold in egg whites. Fold in rum. If too thick add a little half and half
