     Apple Caramel

Ingredients
1 C flour
2 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C milk (may need more)
2 C raw chopped apple
1 1/2 C water
1 C brown sugar
 
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 T butter
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Mix flour, BP, salt and sugar with the milk. Stir in the apples in a large oven proof dish.
Bring syrup ingredients to the boil and pour over the pudding.
