Wrap allspice and cloves in cheesecloth and tie shut. Add juice, rum, sugar, cinnamon sticks and cheesecloth w spices. Simmer a long time...Remove cheesecloth and cinnamon sticks. Serve hot and float 1/2 tsp butter atop each serving
