Stir boiling water and Jell-O in a large bowl until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Cut gelatin into cubes. Layer gelatin cubes, pound cake, and ½ tubs of Cool Whip and strawberries in trifle bowl. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
