Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl beat first 3 ingredients together.

Add the rest and stir until moistened.
|
|
|
|
cover bottom of each muffin cup with batter.
Spoon on 1 tsp of jam or jelly.
Spoon on more batter
|
|
|
|
Cook for 12 - 17 minutes.
|
