     Hawiaiian Chicken

Ingredients
chicken(best used breasts & thighs)
kraft bar-b-q sauce
1 can pinapple(crushed and drained)
3 T brown sugar
2T corn starch
1/2 t powdered ginger
1/2t dry mustard
 

Instructions
skin chicken & brown in oil.
mix ingred.(be sure to sprinkle corn starch so it won't lump)
place browned chicken in baking dish & pour over sauce mixture.
cook @ 375 for 1 hr. after sauce thickens cover with foil so chicken can steam.
