     French Toast Sticks

Ingredients
3 eggs
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
3/8 cup milk
3 Tbsp maple syrup
3/8 tsp cinnamon
10 slices of white bread cut into 3 strips
5 Tbsp butter divided
 

Instructions
In a shallow dish, beat together eggs, sugar, milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon until well blended.
Melt 1 Tbsp of butter in a large skillet. Dip each strip of bread in egg mixture, coating completely. Cook the bread strips a few at a time (I did 6) about 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
Be sure to melt 1 Tbsp of butter in between each batch. Serve immediately! Enjoy!
