Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and
cook until soft. Stir in spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour
cream, 3/4 c. monterrey jack cheese, 3/4 c. parmesan cheese,
tobacco and salt. Stir until well blended and heated through.
Pour mixture into 1/2 qt. casserole and top with remaining
cheeses. Bake at 350 until cheese starts to brown.
