1/2 cup finely minced hot red peppers (wear gloves)
6.5 cups granulated sugar
1.5 cups of vinegar
6 oz liquid pectin
Instructions
Combine bell and hot peppers, sugar and vinegar in a large pan. Bring mixture to a brisk boil and boil for 3 minutes. Add the pectin and boil hard for 1 minute longer.
Remove from heat, skim off foam and ladle into hot jars. Leave head space and seal.
