     PAT’S GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

Ingredients
1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
1- 8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
½ c. butter or margarine, divided
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
 

Instructions
Mix cake mix according to directions on package. Sprinkle nuts and coconut in the bottom of a Pam sprayed 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt ¼ cup of margarine. Pour over nuts and coconut. Pour cake mix over ingredients. Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter (softened). Drop dabs of mixture throughout the cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
