2-3 loaves white bread (sit out of the bag for a while so that it is a little stale)
1 small onion, diced
2-3 stalks celery, diced
3 eggs
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp celery seed
Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Put bread in a large bowl and add onion, celery
and seasonings. Mix together with your hands.
Add eggs and melted butter and mix with hands. It
should be nice and moist ... if it feels dry, add
another egg and/or more butter (it should look
kind of yellowish).
Now you can either stuff it in the turkey or make
it in a casserole dish. Don't pack it down into
the dish - put it in there loosely - better to use
2 dishes than to pack it too tightly.
Cover and bake it 375, 35-45 min. If you want it
more crispy on the top, take the cover off after
about 20 min.
