     Burgundy Pork

Ingredients
a. 1 2 lb pork tenderloin
a. seasoning salt, pepper, and garlic powder to rub on pork
b. 2 stalks celery
b. 1/2 onion chopped
b. 2 cups burgundy wine
c. 1 packet brown gravy mix
c. egg noodles
 

Instructions
Rub pork to season and place in baking dish.
Add the celery and onion to the top. Pour the wine over. Marinate during the day.
c. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Put the pork on a plate and strain out the vegetables. Add gravy packet to the wine juice and stir. Pour over pork and egg noodles to serve.
