Cream softened butter, cream cheese and sugar together in small
bowl and set aside. In large bowl mix milk and pudding mix until
thick. Add cool whip and chocolate chips. Combine cream cheese
mixture into pudding and stir. Crush oreos and keep in separate
bowl. Mix all together. Chill
