     Big Ed's Carolina BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup Prepared Yellow Mustard
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
3/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Water
1/2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Butter
1 tablespoon Hickory Sauce
 
Instructions
Mix all except soy sauce, butter, And liquid smoke. Simmer 30 minutes, then stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 more minutes.
