Ingredients
250gr Carrots ( cooked)
250gr Potato
250gr Peas
250gr Gherkins
250gr Gammon ( a whole piece to chop into cubes)
250gr Mayo
250gr Sour Cream
4 Eggs
Some salt according to taste
 
Instructions
Chop all the ingredients into cubes and mix in the Mayo, Sour Cream and some salt. Keep it in Fridge
