     Projara - Polenta bread with feta

12 Tbsp Polenta
4 Tbsp Flour
3 Eggs
200ml plain yogurt
200ml Fizzy Water
250gr Feta cheese ( or other white cow cheese)
100ml Oil
1 Tsp Baking Powder

Mix all the ingredients ( try to just crumble the cheese so that it pops up in a bite! ) with a spoon! Pour it in an oven dish and bake 30 min at 180C, mine took a bit longer so just watch for the top to get slightly golden brownish, not dark though ( l used baking paper but you can grease the pan too ).
You can also bake them in the silicon Muffin tray, then serve as individual portions!
Serving Suggestions
You can serve this with appetizers or with main meal.
