     Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients
1 - 1.5 lbs. ground turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
6 medium potatoes, peeled
15 oz. corn
15 oz. green beans
10 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. skim milk (for potatoes)
Salt and pepper to taste
 
1/2 c. parmesan cheese

Instructions
Brown turkey and onion until meat is done. Drain and rinse. Boil potatoes for making mashed potatoes.
Mix turkey, corn, green beans, soup and Worcestershire sauce. Put mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 pan.
Mash potatoes adding milk, salt and pepper to taste. Spoon potatoes on top of meat/vegetable mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan over mashed potatoes.
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes until hot and tops of potatoes get slightly brown.
