1 dough ball of gluten free or regular recipe pizza dough
|
|
1T olive oil
|
|
2 tsp. favorite fresh herbs, minced (rosemary, thyme, sage)
|
|
2T grated parmesan
|
|
salt and pepper to taste
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Oil flat top cast iron pan and heat to medium-high heat on stovetop.
|

|
Stretch or roll dough to desired shape, and to 1/2 inch thickness and place onto heated flat top. Cook one side 3 - 5 min. and flip once golden.

|
|
Brush golden side with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh herbs and cheese. Cook an additionl 3 - 5 minutes.
|
|
|
Remove flat bread from pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Slice and serve.
