2 x 7g packets of dried yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup warm water
1 medium egg, beaten
1 cup warm milk
1 tsp salt
4 cups plain flour
2 tbsp olive oil
melted butter for brushing

In a large mixing bowl mix yeast, sugar and water. Add in the egg and mix. Add in the milk and salt and mix well. Sift in flour and mix together with hands until combined. On a clean bench place 1 tbsp of olive oil and spread out. Place bread mix onto oiled bench and knead the dough until smooth. Place dough into a clean, oiled bowl and cover with damp cloth. Leave dough to rise for 1 hour.
Divide dough into 10 pieces and roll out to about 5mm thick. Brush one side with butter, fold in half and place onto baking tray. Once all completed, brush the tops of each dough portion with butter and bake in 180 degree oven until golden. Approx 15 mins.
Amazing served with Jerk Chicken and salad.
