     HOT FUDGE SAUCE

Ingredients
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips or 4 (1 oz.) squares semisweet chocolate
2 Tbs. butter or margarine
2 Tbs. water
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
 

Instructions
In heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt chocolate chips and butter with Eagle Brand and water. Cook and stir constantly until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream or as a dipping sauce for fruit. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator. Microwave Directions- In 1-quart glass measure, combine all ingredients. Microwave at high 3 to 3 ½ minutes, stirring after each minute. To reheat, combine desired amount of hot fudge sauce with small amount of water. Over low heat, stir constantly until heated through.
