     Sticky Toffee Pudding

Ingredients
24 oz Dates
4 Tbsp Bicarb of Soda
8 oz Butter
24 oz Soft Brown Sugar
8 Eggs
24 oz Self Raising Flour
4 Tbsp Vanilla Essence
40 Floz Water
 

Instructions
Boil Dates, sugar, butter, vanilla, bicarb, water in a pan for about 10-15 minutes
Blend cooked ingredients and beat in eggs & flour
Pour into a greased baking tray & cook @ 165C for about 25-35 mins
Serving Suggestions
Serve warm with toffee sauce & vanilla ice cream
