     Banana Chocolate Chip Bread (Low Fat and Sugar)

1 1/2 cups ripe bananas, mashed
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1/4 cup buttermilk
4 egg whites
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup mini morsel chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8 or 9 inch loaf pan with oil or cooking spray.
Combine bananas, egg whites, buttermilk, oil and mix well. Set aside. Mix flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and soda, and salt in a large bowl. Add banana mixture and blend well. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into loaf pan and sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
May substitute Splenda for sugar for sugarless version.
